- Do I need to fast for the HbA1c test?

- Do I need to fast for the cholesterol and sugar test?
- The package includes fasting blood sugar, so you should come without eating for 8 to 10 hours. You can drink water. Please check with us when you book.
- How long do test reports take?
- HbA1c and CRP reports take about 3 minutes. The cholesterol (lipid profile) report takes about 5 minutes. You get them during your visit.

- Can I consult the doctor by phone or video?
- Yes, for many follow-up visits and for reviewing reports. Call or WhatsApp us to arrange a time. Some problems need an examination, and then we will ask you to come to the clinic.
- What is a second opinion, and how does it work?
- You send us your medical records. We study them and give you a written or in-person opinion, usually within 3 to 7 days. It is an information service and does not replace your own doctor.
- What should I bring to my first visit?
- Bring your old prescriptions, medicines you are taking, and recent test reports. This helps the doctor give you the right advice and avoid repeating tests.
- What should I do in an emergency?
- Go to the nearest hospital straight away. Do not wait for the clinic to open.
